Invite us to your school

Polytechnics and digital competences are now an integral part of education. The new form of the Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education (FEP ZV) brings a number of changes – it is being integrated digital competence and a new educational field informatika.

We are responding to this change with an offer project days, training a webinars, which introduce teachers and students to modeling and 3D printing, programming on the micro:bit platform, and working with artificial intelligence (AI). All programs combine theoretical foundations with practical demonstrations and independent activities of participants.

Project days and training can be paid for from the implementation of projects OPJAK – Modern education in elementary schools and kindergartens.

What do we offer?

Project days

The project day takes place directly at the school and offers an interactive introduction to the selected topic – 3D printing, programming in Makecode or artificial intelligenceIt begins with a short presentation, continues with a hands-on demonstration with the opportunity to try out the technologies, and ends with a separate assignment for the whole class. The program is guided in a way that encourages active participation and interest of the students.

Training

The training takes place directly at the school and is aimed at teachers who want to become familiar with 3D printing, programming in Makecode or artificial intelligence. The introduction consists of a short presentation on the topic, followed by a practical demonstration with the opportunity to try out the technologies, and the conclusion is an independent task. The program is conducted in a way that supports active participation and facilitates the integration of the topics into the teaching.

Webinars

The webinar is intended for educators who want to learn about 3D by printing, by programming in Makecode or artificial intelligence in online form. It begins with a brief presentation on the topic, continues with a practical demonstration with the possibility to follow the process step by step and ends with the assignment of an independent task. The program is guided in such a way as to promote active participation and enable easy integration of the acquired skills into the teaching.

Project days

Modeling and 3D printing

We focus on the basics of modeling in the environment TinkerCad, in which students develop their spatial perception. They are also introduced to 3D printing technology and using the program Slicer print their creation on a 3D printer. The program will eliminate the shyness of 3D printing for both teachers and students.

4 lessons: from 4500 CZK

Programming and robotics

The program focuses on graphical programming, which will help students understand that programming is not complicated. Students will try to program robotic vehicles and elements of a digital city. All programming will take place in an environment makecode, which is designed for teaching.

4 lessons: from 4500 CZK

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

The program will introduce students to the basics of artificial intelligence and teach them how to use AI to create images, music, and videos. They will try out the design of simple AI models and understand how AI affects everyday life. The program is suitable for everyone and will provide a solid foundation for creative work.

Training for educators

Modeling and 3D printing

The course will introduce educators to the basics of modeling, simulation, and other possibilities in the environment. TinkerCad. In this environment, they will learn to create aids and use tools for teaching mathematics, geometry, physics and other subjects. Educators will also learn how to operate a slicer and a 3D printer. The training is ideal for the entire teaching staff.

4 lessons: from 5000 CZK
8 teaching hours: from 8000 CZK

Programming and robotics

The course will introduce the platform micro: bit and environment makecode. Participants will learn to control and work with micro:bit peripherals and effectively use them in teaching science and humanities subjects. The course also includes the connection of 3D printing and robotics, so that educators can easily print and operate a robotic vehicle. They will then be able to project the acquired knowledge into their teaching.

4 lessons: from 5000 CZK
8 teaching hours: from 8000 CZK

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

The training will introduce educators to the basics of artificial intelligence and its use in education. They will learn to create images, music and videos using AI, gain skills for creating simple AI models and understand the impact of AI on everyday life. The course will teach educators to work with AI in a way that they are able to recognize it and guide children to its correct and ethical use.

Webinars

Modeling and 3D printing

The 3D printing webinar will provide educators with a comprehensive introduction to the technology. We will discuss the principles and use of 3D printing in education, modeling in TinkerCad, preparing models for printing and we will end the webinar with a practical guide on 3D printer operationParticipants will receive materials for each topic and a recording to which they can return at any time.
