You want to penetrate the world robotics and learn to work with micro:bit? Are you looking for a way to effectively use your knowledge in teaching or projects? Then our webinar on robotics just for you!
We will guide you through the basics of working with the micro:bit, programming in MakeCode, and managing lessons using the micro:bit classroom tool. You will learn connect sensors and work with electronics and you will find out how integrate correctly micro: bit to teaching – from the first steps to advanced use in combination with other technologies.
Training on robotics will last three hours and will offer comprehensive introduction to the world micro: bitů and their use in robotics projects. After a brief introduction of the lecturers and their experience in the field of robotics, participants will learn the basic principles of working with micro:bit and their practical use in various environments. The introductory part will include tool overview, which today allow easy control and programming of robotic projects.
In the practical part, participants will start working with the programming environment. makecode, where they will try creating their own programs for the micro:bit. The instructor will demonstrate the basic and advanced functions of MakeCode, thanks to which applications of varying levels of complexity can be effectively created. This will be followed by a block dedicated to administration and organization of teaching with the help of the platform micro:bit classroom, which allows teachers to effectively manage students' work and track their progress.
In the next section, we will focus on working with electronics and sensors, which is essential for anyone who wants to expand the capabilities of the micro:bit by interacting with its surroundings. Participants will learn the basics of connecting sensors and working with signals, which will enable them to connect various components and create teaching aids. This will be followed by a section dedicated to advanced possibilities for connecting micro:bit with other tools, such as 3D printing and sensors.
At the end of the training, participants will have the opportunity to obtain answers to your questions and they will be presented with further options to continue. The entire training will conclude with a summary of the main points and an offer of further self-study resources or implementing your own projects in the field robotics.
