Simple Car is a small but versatile robotic vehicle designed for teaching programming and robotics. The base is a solid structure made of 3D printed parts, which you can easily adapt to various projects - for example, for following a line or building a robot with an arm. Control is provided by a micro:bit with an expansion board for controlling motors and sensors. With support for block programming in MakeCode and languages such as JavaScript and Python, it is suitable for beginners and advanced users.
Simple Car is a small robotic car designed for teaching programming and robotics with the micro:bit. It is based on a solid construction made of 3D printed parts that can be easily modified and expanded.
The car controls micro: bit s expansion board for controlling motors and connecting other modules. The package also includes IR sensors for line tracking or simple obstacle detection tasks. Using wireless joystick (sold separately) the vehicle can be controlled remotely.
Suitable for teaching in primary and secondary schools. Can be programmed in makecode (blocks) or in JavaScript/Python according to the level of the students.
Available variants
With remote control – Contains everything needed to assemble the vehicle and remote control, including micro:bits and electronics.
Without controller – Contains components for building a vehicle. You can control it using a micro:bit or a mobile app.
