Expansion board MB2

MB2 is a compact expansion board designed by OMG Robotics for all versions of the micro:bit. It allows for easy connection of peripherals and is ideal for creating wireless controller or separate devices powered from batteryThanks to the integrated circuit for charging and monitoring the battery status, it is not necessary to use a wired power supply - the board works independently with a connected battery.

You can use the MB2 as a base for a remote control with a joystick, but also for connecting a display or sensors. The board is suitable for simple and advanced projects, such as controlling a robotic car, tank or automatic greenhouse. It can be programmed in MakeCode using blocks or in languages ​​such as Python and JavaScript.

The connection to the micro:bit is via the IO bus, which is fully compatible with all generations of the micro:bit. Detailed instructions for use can be found in the section Instructions.
