The Joystick expansion module for MB2 allows you to easily control robotic vehicles and other projects. Thanks to the combination of an analog joystick and four buttons, you can program your own controller, for example for a robot with a gripper, or play simple mini-games. The module is ideal for teaching interaction and control - whether in the classroom or at home. You can be inspired by our projects, where you will also find ready-made games for this controller.
The Joystick extension is an expansion module designed for controlling robotic projects with the micro:bit. It contains only the joystick extension. The controller is suitable for all versions of the micro:bit and can be used, for example, to control a robotic vehicle, a tank or to play simple mini-games.
Once you plug the extension into MB2 expansion boards and connect battery, you will get a full-fledged controller.
The joystick is ideal for teaching and home experiments. It can be programmed in MakeCode, but also in JavaScript or Python.
