Want to check the quality of your water at home or at school? Use the TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) sensor compatible with the micro:bit . This analog sensor allows you to measure the amount of dissolved solids in water and is suitable for projects focused on testing water quality - for example, in the home, hydroponics or school experiments.
The sensor supports a power supply of 3,3–5,5 V and generates an analog output signal of 0–2,3 V. Thanks to the alternating signal, the probe is not polarized, which increases the service life and measurement accuracy. The waterproof probe is designed for long-term immersion in water. It can be easily connected to the MB1 , MB2 , MB3 expansion boards or to a universal fixture. Programming is done in the MakeCode environment.
